Terms and Conditions
In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed. These terms and conditions for the sale of goods will govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
International Orders
Due to tighter security measurements which have been introduced we may not be able to accept international credit cards which have a significantly different address format to UK addresses for orders with a value over £75.
PayPal accounts remain unaffected by this change, so if you are an international customer and wish to place an order we would advise the use of a PayPal account, as they have their own security measurements in place.

Purchasing From Antislip.biz™
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered though this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.
Antislip.biz™ Stock Levels
To see stock availability you must click on VIEW DETAILS of an item. The stock levels on the site are updated every 10 minutes. This allows you to check the current stock status and see when out of stock items are due back in with a high degree of accuracy.
In addition our stock level descriptions are variable, so GOOD stock for one product may be 100+, whereas for high value slow moving lines GOOD stock may be 2-5. Please note that due to the small time delay it is possible that an item/s that was showing as in stock when you added it to the basket may be out of stock by the time the transaction completes. In this unlikely circumstance we will email you with the details of when you can expect your item. If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, we will arrange a full refund for the items concerned.
Payment Options
Antislip.biz accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and debit cards and uses a secure payment system. Payment can be made and will be charged accordingly in £ Sterling, US Dollars or Euros according to your preference. Cheques can be mailed to us made payable to T.L. Elliott & Co Ltd - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance.
VAT & Duty
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (ex-VAT prices are in brackets), (where applicable) at a rate of 20% (VAT No. 589254981). VAT is added automatically in the shopping basket for UK & EU customers (EU customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter their VAT number at check out and will not be charged VAT). VAT will be deducted for orders placed from outside the EU. Local Taxes & Duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. You may also print your invoice at the need of the check out and can login in to your account to view previous invoices at a letter date. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.
UK Delivery
Deliveries within the UK, excluding The Islands are mainly delivered by 2-3 day "signed for" courier service using FedEx, though small items are sometimes sent by the Royal Mail. Goods ordered before 12pm (GMT) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day.
Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments but if this is the case we will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. Antislip.biz™ Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging intact) within 28 days of purchase.
Please email us for approval before returning any goods. For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 01386 859 552 to make arrangements. In the event of us collecting the goods a carriage charge of £5 will be deducted from the credit due to you.

Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.

All credit card transactions are undertaken using SSL encryption of a minimum of 40 bit and firewalls, operated by Sage Pay. Antislip.biz does not hold or store you credit card information at any time. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or willful default.
Direct Selling Regulation Compliance Information
The contract is entered into between ourselves at the point your payment is received and your order confirmed. The contract is made in English language only. Your contract/invoice will remain available online to you and will be accessible via your online account for a minimum of 6 months. If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
